Hear live music this week in Hamilton

The Duet Club Friday May 3 Noon in the Hamilton Room Noon Hour Concerts Founded in 1889, the Duet Club of Hamilton holds the undisputed claim of being the longest-running women's musical club of its kind in Canada. The 38 singers performa a variety of genres. Dawn Martens is the artistic director and Ethan Lacey is the accompanist.

Thanks to everyone who came out for our concert last weekend. If you were there and are eager to hear Women of Song again, you don’t have to wait very long!

Women of Song will be performing some of the hits from their 135th Anniversary Concert this Friday, May 3, at the Central Branch Hamilton Public Library. This event is free of charge and will be held in the Hamilton Room starting at 12 noon.

For even more musical enjoyment, the Hamilton Music Festival Grand Concert is taking place this Saturday, May 4 at 6 pm at the Hillfield Strathallan Auditorium. The Duet Club of Hamilton will be presenting eleven scholarships in piano, voice, strings, woodwinds and musical theatre.
