The Duet Club began awarding scholarships to talented young musicians in 1940 in honour of our founder, Ellen Ambrose. Over the years our scholarship program has grown. This year 9 scholarships have been awarded for excellence in voice, piano and instrumental. We invite you to join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of seven of these talented young musicians in recital on Sunday, October 1st, 2:30pm at Melrose United Church (Homewood Avenue and Locke Street).
