2017 Duet Club Annual General Meeting

To be held in the Parlour at
Melrose United Church, 86 Homewood Avenue, Hamilton.
We invite all members and those with an interest in the workings of The Duet Club of Hamilton to attend our Annual General Meeting on May 24th, 2017 at 10:00am. This meeting offers an opportunity to meet the Duet Club Executive, be informed of the current status of the organization, our scholarship program, women’s choral group, and all that we have been involved in throughout the 2016-2017 season. Members will be asked to vote on any new Board appointments and motions being presented for the coming year. Members may preview the AGM Reports on the Members page. Printed booklets will be available at the meeting.
